Introduction

Welcome to Dizzpatch (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dizzpatch app, website, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  1. -You must be at least 18 years old.
  2. -You must provide accurate registration information.
  3. -You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

Dizzpatch connects users (“Customers”) with independent delivery riders (“Riders”) who complete pickup and delivery tasks. Dizzpatch is not a courier company; we are a technology platform facilitating these connections. Riders are independent contractors, not employees of Dizzpatch. Although we try to enforce and put strict standards in place for Riders, we do not control how they perform their tasks, and are not liable for their actions.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • - Provide accurate information regarding the items being delivered, including pickup and delivery details, weight, dimension, description and in some cases receipts.
  • - Ensure items are properly packaged and labeled to withstand transit.
  • - Ensure riders details including Vehicle Color, type, and plate number matches what is on the platform before handing over items.
  • - Ensure items comply with our prohibited‑items policy.
  • - Pay all applicable fees.
  • - Treat Riders respectfully and safely.

Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): illegal substances, drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, stolen goods, live animals, perishable items requiring special licensing, and any items prohibited by local laws. Dizzpatch reserves the right to refuse service for any delivery that violates this policy, and users are liable for ensuring all items adhere to local regulations.


4. Payment and Fees

  • - Prices are displayed before confirming a request.
  • - Users are charged based on distance, delivery time, and any additional services requested.
  • - Although Dizzpatch sets these prices, we are not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be incurred by the rider during the delivery process, such as tolls, parking fees, or other expenses. Users are responsible for covering these costs directly with the rider if they arise.
  • - All payments are made directly to the rider upon pickup or delivery completion. Dizzpatch does not handle payment processing or hold funds on behalf of users or riders.
  • - Prices are final unless otherwise determined by Dizzpatch.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a delivery request within a specified time frame before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations cannot be made after this time frame and may subject your account to restrictions. DizzPatch reserves the right to cancel any delivery request at our discretion.


6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • - Provide false or misleading information.
  • - Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • - Interfere with the Platform’s operation.
  • - Harass or harm Riders or staff.
  • - Attempt to disrupt or reverse‑engineer the Platform.

DizzPatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct guidelines, including seeking legal actions.


7. Platform Limitations

We do not guarantee:

  • - Rider availability
  • - Delivery times
  • - Continuous, error‑free operation of the Platform

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DizzPatch is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.


8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • - Dizzpatch is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed items.
  • - Riders are independent contractors, not employees.
  • - Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.


10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.


11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
